THIN RED LINE
The “Thin Red Line” is a take on the classic New York Sour by Jamie McCarthy using Buffalo Trace as the base spirit.

- 35 ml Buffalo Trace
- 25 ml Belsazar Rose Vermouth
- 15 ml Maraschino Liqueur
- 25 ml Lemon Juice
- 15.ml Demarera Syrup
- 25 ml Egg Whites
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 1 dash of Fee Brother Orange Bitters
- Dry shaken and then shaken with ice floated with 3 bar-spoons of port.
Garnished with 2 maraschino cherries
