MERCHANTS ROSE
The “Merchants Rose” is my signature cocktail using a South African Pink Craft gin as the base spirit.
INGREDIENTS
- 45 ml Musgrave Pink Gin
- 15 ml Giffard Grapefruit Liquor
- 15 ml Monin Sugar Syrup
- 25 ml Grapefruit Juice
- 50 ml Silk Road Tea
- 1 dash of Fee Brother Rhubarb Bitters
- Pour into a chilled coupe and top off with Champagne
HOW TO MIX
Add ice to shaker and pour the Musgrave Pink Gin, Bitters, Grapefruit Liquor, Sugar Syrup, Juice and Silk Road Tea. Shake well and strain into a cocktail coupe glass topping up with Champagne.
Garnish with an pink flower
NOTE: Silk Road Tea is a mix of Pai Mu Tan, Peony, Jasmine, Peach Blossom and Bancha Tea
